"Terorists" Plan To Bring Down K.U "Pirates"

UNIVERSITY of Nairobi ‘Terrorists’ takes on Kenyatta University ‘Pirates; in a cracking premier league tie at Upper Hill School today.

Led by William Biel and Colins Gumba, the campus lads stretched champions Co-operative Bank before succumbing 67-56 in over-time. They will have their hands full of KU’s hard running Renny Moibi.

The main campus team then takes on Nakuru Club. KU will also have a date with Equity Bank who won 60-48 against Blazers. Equity then play their second fixtures against Strathmore in a match that should go either way. Blazers, who are still looking for their first win in 12 games tackle Blades. It has been a downward hill for Blazers even with Joseph Kosgei giving his all. United States International University (USIU) who stunned former champions Ulinzi Warriors 67-58 have a date with lowly Mennointes and then unpredictable Blades. Strathmore face Blades as Nairobi Aviation Club (NAC) who were whipped 72-39 by Co-op Bank meet Mennonites.

Africa bronze medallist Eagle Wings meet Strathmore University in the top women’s due that pits newly elected women’s coach Evelyne Kedogo against the one who vacated Sylvia Kamau-Ocholla. United States International University (USIU) play Mennonites. The “Flames torched KU 69-32, behind sterling efforts by Magnifique Magnifique and Rufina Akinyi.
