As many continue to speculate about the future of Beyonce and Jay Z’s marriage, the pop diva decided to dispel the rumors the best way she knows how — with a not-so-subtle family photo on Instagram
On Monday, July 21, the “XO” singer, 32, posted a blurry shot of her 2-year-old daughter Blue Ivy being lifted into the air by Jay Z, 44, and Queen Bey herself.
The precious pic comes in the middle of the couple’s massive On the Run Tour. Bey performed in her hometown of Houston, Texas on Friday, July 18 before heading to sister Solange Knowles’ stomping grounds in New Orleans on Sunday.
Despite her pro-family appearance on social media, the Grammy winner raised some eyebrows in late June when she changed the lyrics to her song “Resentment” during a concert
The original lyrics read, “Been ridin’ with you for six years,” about a man who had cheated on her. In the Cincinnati, Ohio show, she changed the words to “Been ridin’ with you for twelve years,” which marks the length of her relationship with the “Holy Grail” rapper. Naturally, this provoked fans and critics to speculate on the status of their six-year marriage.
