Clinical officer sexual assault Female patient in Dandora.

A clinical officer told a Nairobi court yesterday that he was looking at a patient and did not sexual harassment her as the exploited victim claimed. Cliff Okebiro, was reacting to sexual attack charges he is blamed for conferring on November 20 inside an examination room at his facility.

The arraignment group headed by Angela Fuchaka said that the denounced fingered the Form One Student in Dandora saying that he was analyzing her. The young lady said that she had Malaria and was stunned when the specialist requested that her hop on the examination table and open her legs wide.

She questioned his method however continued to improve so in light of the fact that specialists know. Anyhow when he began embeddings his fingers into her genitals while wearing gloves, she knew this was a long way from an examination and raised a caution.

Okebiro argued not blameworthy demanding that he is an expert well-being specialist and was simply doing his work. Prosecutor Fuchaka approached the court for time to redress the charge sheet and the case was deferred to December 15.
