Despite the introduction of little blue ticks that indicate your
message has been received, rest assured that instant messaging
application
WhatsApp only has your privacy in mind.
The company has partnered with a top security software message, to add end to end encryption by default to its interface.
What does this mean?
Its means that only the sender and receiver can read the messages
sent through the app – and no need to worry if you are not a techie! You
won’t have to activate anything, nor will you see any difference on the
surface.
Unfortunately, it’s only available to Android users at the moment,
but there are plans to add support for other operating systems in the
future.
Tech experts are positive about the change – with many warning against sending any kind of messages that are unencrypted.
