It is amazing just how clueless some of these governors we elected
are. Not that there was some kind of ‘Governor’s manual’, but some
things are just simple common sense.
Take for example when Tharaka Nithi governor Samuel Ragwa decided
that he had to stand on some carpet before addressing his people.
The only logical explanation for this is that the red carpet could
not be found, and some women offered their ‘shukas’ so that the king
could stand… Shame!
This picture is a few months old, and I can only hope he already bought a red carpet, or better still, some humility.
