2014 KPL Awards: Owino named the New Young Player of the Year

Top Fry AllStarsNakuru AllStars’ Kennedy Owino has been named the New Young Player of the Year in the 2014 Footballer of the Year Awards gala held on Wednesday 19 November.  
 
Owino beat Nairobi City Stars’ duo of goalkeeper Kevin Omondi and midfielder Nicholas Kamau who were second and third respectively.

The other nominees for the award were Tusker FC goalkeeper Farouk Shikhalo and Andrew Anthony of SoNy Sugar.
