Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula, on Sunday told Kilifi residents that
CORD coalition will not allow President Uhuru Kenyatta and his
Deputy, William Ruto, to rig the 2017 presidential poll as they did in last
year’s poll.
Speaking on Sunday at a
fundraiser in Kilifi County, Wetangula, who was accompanied by Kilifi Senator,
Stewart Madzayo, said in 2013, CORD supporters agreed “to accept and move on”
but in 2017 they will not accept such a thing.
“I am warning Uhuru and Ruto against
rigging the 2017 presidential election. We will teach them a lesson if they try
again to steal our victory,” Wetangula said.
On the referendum, Wetangula said
already over 90 percent of Kenyans support the referendum and it is impossible
for the Jubilee Government to try to stop it.
“The referendum is unstoppable
because many Kenyans now believe in ideologies of CORD coalition,” Wetangula
said.
The fiery Senator, who makes Jubilee
supporters wet their pants, said the hope and future of Kenya is the CORD
coalition.
On the ongoing land grabbing in the
country, Wetangula said the Jubilee Government is full of land grabbers who will
even steal cemetery lands.
