PHOTOS – Nigeria Too Unveils Home-Made Cars… Better Than Kenya’s Mobius and Uganda’s Kiira

Nigeria have followed in the footsteps of East Africa’s Kenya and Uganda by unveiling their own home made car.
Just last month, Kenya unveiled the Mobius truck and Uganda followed by unveiling the hybrid car – the Kiira EV SMACK. We took a look at those two vehicles and came to the conclusion that Kenya’s Mobius won hands down.
Well, Nigeria have brought in some new competition in the African car manufacturing market with three new cars, the IVM Fox, IVM Umu and IVM Uzo. The cars are manufactured by Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Limited founded by Nigerian industrialist, Chief Innocent Chukwuma.
The cars were unveiled last week. Olusegun Aganga who is the minister of trade and investment said that by producing a truly made-in Nigeria car, the company has put Nigeria in the global map of car manufacturing countries.

Just like in music and probably everything else, we have been beaten hands down by the West Africans.
