Not Cool – Policeman ‘Bullies’ Civilian To Carry Him Across River [PHOTO]

As usual we come across some rather strange photos that are hard to decipher.
This time we have a photo of a police reservist taking a piggy back ride on a civilian across a river. The possibilities are that the man with the gun bullied the man into the act or the man was just a generous citizen.
Either way shouldn’t it be the home guard’s duty to carry the civilian across?
