Kakamega Senator, Boni Khalwale, has sensationally claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta uses UDF Party Leader, Musalia Mudavadi and former Justice Minister, Eugene Wamalwa, like tissue papers, with an aim of dividing the popular Luhya vote.

Speaking in Nairobi on Friday, Khalwale accused Mudavadi and Wamalwa of allowing themselves to be used by President Kenyatta on not one but many occasions.

“I have a serious problem with Mudavadi and Wamalwa for bending low before President Kenyatta for a post-poll deal that has not borne fruit. Uhuru is currently using them to split the Luhya vote which is a nightmare to the Jubilee Government,” Khalwale said.

“What Mudavadi and Wamalwa have been doing is not what the community expects from them,” Khalwale added.

He also wondered why Mudavadi and Wamalwa were not appointed to any State positions despite having played a role of frustrating the opposition

The fiery Senator concluded by urging Musalia and Mudavadi to wake up from deep slumber and join former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, in pushing for a referendum that will fight  tribalism, nepotism and corruption in Kenya.
